Through the Partnership Agreement between Dewey International University and Varna University of Management in Bulgaria, together with 14 other member universities in Europe and Asia, DIU received equipment worth 12,035 USD granted by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union under the FRIENDS Project. The equipment includes:
– One camera and a tripod
– Four sets of desktops and UPSs
– One laptop and a bag
– Five Window 10 Professional License
– One photocopier
– Four sets of LCD Projectors and slide screens
– One Smart TV 65”.
The equipment will be used for the FRIENDS project teahouse, where students will view videos and other presentations about international study in various countries. This is part of the “Internationalization at Home” (IaH) theme of the project. Students will learn about study abroad, while remaining in Battambang without actually having to travel to those foreign countries.
